Update: It’s been 71 days and almost 2000 miles since Cyril Derreumaux departed Fisherman’s Wharf in Monterey CA (June 21) for his unsupported, solo kayak adventure to Hawaii. Despite many setbacks and challenges, Cyril is now less than 600 miles from reaching his goal. He will arrive in Hilo, Hawaii about September 17th .
